I, ____________________, take a deposit of the amount stated above, on
the puppy named above. The deposit is a promise to purchase the puppy
and a promise to hold the puppy. If for any reason the buyer changes his
or her mind on the puppy they picked out, they can pick another when one
is available. If they choose not to pick another puppy, they will lose the
deposit they put down.
Puppies that are shipped have been checked by a licensed vet and will
have a health certificate. Price of pup does not include health certificate,
air fare, or shipping crate cost.
The deposit is non-refundable. All puppies are sold as pets only, limited
registration. Or to approved breeders at an additional cost.
Puppies come with a “puppy pack” which includes food - shot records -
registration papers - and copy of parents pedigree. Puppies have had
their first shots and worming.
The purchaser has read and fully understands the terms of this contract
and agrees to comply with them.
